UMS partners with University of New South Wales (UNSW) to offer both Talent Development Programs and Career Accelerator Programs. These initiatives are designed to empower students by providing real-world industry experience, professional mentorship, and career advice.
The Talent Development Program focuses on connecting students with hands-on internship opportunities, where they can gain invaluable skills and apply their academic knowledge in professional settings.
In addition, the Career Accelerator Program offers personalized career advice, helping students with overall career development. These programs aim to prepare students for the competitive job market and set them on a successful career path.
