Today, UMS was delighted to take part in the Careers in Asia Webinar Series 🌏, hosted by the GW4 group of UK universities — Bristol, Exeter, Cardiff, and Bath.

Our Senior Partner Annie Feng was invited to speak with students about career pathways in digital marketing, key innovation trends in China , and how international talents can build a competitive edge in today’s global job market.

During the session, Annie shared practical advice on developing digital and cross-cultural skills , and introduced the UMS Research Academy — our hands-on, project-based initiative designed to help young professionals gain real-world experience by collaborating with our global teams.
