Earlier this week, UMS Senior Partner Becty Yan spoke at the 2026 Senior Students Leadership Forum – Leading for Community Impact, hosted by BritCham Shanghai.
In her speech, “Becoming the Bridge: Shaping Your Future as a Global Citizen in a Connected World,” Becty shared how international and cross-cultural experiences can help students build cultural confidence, adaptability and collaboration skills, and become connectors between cultures, ideas and communities.
UMS was pleased to contribute to the forum and exchange perspectives with students, educators and fellow industry professionals, and we thank BritCham Shanghai for bringing everyone together.
